Never disappointed with the level of service, have used Artist Nails for absolute years. Have just had my eyebrows tattooed with a new technique (hair stroke) I love them they still look natural and no colour block. Thank you so much

This is now my go to for nails in Weymouth. My full set has lasted weeks and all the staff are very attentive and take time to choose colours etc for your design. I now return for infills every few weeks and they do a great little loyalty card

Hannah is absolutely amazing I've been getting my nails done for a while now and I've never walked away disappointed. Staff are always friendly, polite and chatty and there is always a good atmosphere.

First time having my nails done for a very long time. The atmosphere in the salon is wonderful with lots of friendly chatter. The nail technicians are very professional and I thank Hannah for doing my holiday nails. ❤

i got a full set of acrylic nails done with light blue french tips, they charged me £48, which is disgusting, i’ve had them for 8 days and they have already grown out massively. i barely tapped the nail whilst i was at work and it snapped off, and the shape of my nails are all over the place. the staff were lovely but the quality of acrylics were poor for the price i payed.

Poor quality nails with 3 falling off within 3 days. Refused to issue refund despite staff admitting another colleague had filed them down too thin! I had been a returning customer and hoped they would treat my daughter with the customer care she deserved after spending her Christmas money to have them done! Extremely disappointing service and will not be returning. If you value your nails, find an alternative salon that will treat customers with respect and provide a quality service that you pay for. Trading standards informed.
