Went in to get my rings cleaned, staff were lovely and attentive, was given a seat, free cocktail and cupcake, rings checked and cleaned. Staff chatted away, exceptional customer service. Highly recommend and won’t hesitate to be back again. Carol and Rebekah and everyone else was incredible

Got my engagement ring from here and unfortunately one of the claws broke, it could not be fixed and they no longer sold that ring in the company therefore they would have had to make me a new one specially for me or I got the option to chose a different one. Myself and my partner went in and tried a few on and I chose a different ring. Absolute amazing customer service from the Stirling store Karen and Tracey were both amazing and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again

My wife bought me a birthday present of bracelet some weeks later on my birthday the clasp on the thing keeps opening when it was taken back to the shop she was told after they had it in the shop for 5 weeks. Because I had worn it they would not give a credit or replace it (my wife bought it as a surprise present so I could not try it on,) now we are stuck with a thing that's no good to us. They say its because my wrist is to thick.

Trainee manager Carol should be a manager by now. Great service, great selling technique and very knowledgeable. Carpets need replaced but otherwise, store seemed to be kept in as good a condition as possible
