I cannot praise the team at the Reading Pack & Send enough! The efficiency and response to my needs were amazing. My shipment has just arrived here in Oregon, USA safely after a quick journey over from Henley-on-Thames. My items were collected, soft-packed, taken to Reading, re-packed for transit and sent on. The paperwork was promptly emailed to me and all questions I had, were answered quickly and fully. I would use this office again at any time. Thanks Craig and crew!

Excellent service. We highly recommend this company. My wife and I were visiting England and Scotland recently and needed to ship some of our post-cruise clothes and other items back to the US. We bagged them up and took them to Pack and Send where Craig took superb care of us. He met us with a welcoming smile and professionally explained the process in detail, even comparing his favorable prices with those of other companies. We then filled out the paperwork with his help and left our bag of items. He and his colleagues completed the inventory and other shipping documents and shipped the package to our friend in Arizona. Four days later, our items were delivered. A month later, when we finally got back home, we picked up the sturdy box with our items carefully and securely packed. We could tell our items were packed with great care and attention to detail. We could not have been more pleased with Craig and his service.

I needed to have some tile shipped from the UK to the US. I had no idea where the tile warehouse was located, and it was very difficult to deal with anyone considering the time change. I was on the verge of flying to the UK and picking the tile up myself, but then I found Pack & Save Reading. They were AWESOME!!! They contacted the tile company, arranged pickup of the tile and had it packed and sent to me in the US. All in a very short amount of time. I couldn’t believe how perfect their service was. Absolutely would recommend them without any reservations. They were lifesavers!!! The best, for sure!!!

Took a painting in that needed to be wrapped and they did a fast and perfect job so I can send it to America. Did it in half a day for 35 quid and stayed open late so I could collect it

I've used Reading Pack & Send to collect, pack, and ship fragile and rare antique clocks and fragile porcelain overseas. They do an excellent job. The entire staff is dedicated, on the ball, and the best at their game. Everything they've sent me has been properly prepared for shipment. They stay on top of the shipment from the time it leaves them until it reaches the consumer. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service throughout. There was a problem with oil leaking from an item I needed to send to the USA - Craig not only identified a local company who could clean it, but took it there himself, got me a quote, had the work done, brought the item back and re-packed it securely. The recipient received the box on exactly the day expected and is ecstatic. I would trust this company with absolutely anything. 6 stars!
