Unbelievable! First day of college turned up half n hour late. When asked them that we should not pay the full price, the customer service advisor named Paul was extremely rude and arrogant saying we need to pay the full price. Di not recommend.

Lovely friendly service for me and my 2 little dogs! Booked the evening before and very professional booking service. Called me at time of pickup to say running 5 mins late. Super friendly driver who was very welcoming to my 2 dogs, even though I brought a towel for them to go on. What a pleasant experience from booking to getting home!

Been regular costumer for years, most of the times everything was fine, in comparison to the last year that I keep coming across rude drivers or rude people on the phone centre.They pick up the phone bored and making you feel like you are annoying them just because you called. With exception to a lady and a gentleman whose names I don't know unfortunately who were always really polite and helpful on the phone.3-4 drivers are really nice as well ( if you are lucky to get a ride with them,otherwise the best you can get is a dusty smelly car with the taxi driver not even saying hello back)I'm writing this review as I had enough of people's rudeness.I had a taxi booked, later I had to cancel it and the taxi driver called me,I said hello"

Unreliable service. I had pre-booked a taxi for 6 people, scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 12:30 am. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there was no cars available for 6 people at that time, and the only option was for a taxi to arrive at 12:45 am. Although this was not ideal for us, I accepted it out of necessity.To our distress, the driver never showed up. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was told that the driver had arrived earlier and had attempted to contact me. However, I never received any missed calls or messages informing me of this. We were at the agreed location at the agreed time, and yet we were left stranded.I must express my frustration that this taxi service was suggested to us by the venue. If I had known that the service was so unreliable, I would not have attempted to book a car with this company.I cannot understand the reasons why the driver did not wait until the agreed time, or why the company did not make any effort to contact me from the reception, if the driver was effectively there. We didn't get a replacement car or an apology from them.I hope that this company will you can take steps to ensure that this does not happen to any other customers in the future.

Booked a taxi from a wedding to a hotel. Didn’t turn up, called them and they claimed to have been there for 20 mins waiting but it was only 10 past the time we called at, so impossible. They didn’t try calling or apologising and didn’t send a new cab. Awful service, scam; don’t use

Terrible service even their own taxi crew have had enough of them becuase they end up taking the heat. No point prebooking taxis they won't turn up they'll take a job elsewhere and leave you waiting for them for easily 40 minutes and blame the traffic every time, yet you get in the car hen it fonally arrives and there's no traffic to be seen. They're unprofessional and rude on the phone. Comes from pure greed which the drivers will tell you themselves, they know they need to be there to pick you up but if they get a call for a drop off in Selsey they'll send your taxi there and leave you hanging and will say its traffic EVERY SINGLE TIME. They only care about getting as much money and as many jobs as they can and do not care one bit about leaving you late, or standing in the rain, or late for an event. Just do not use them. And now they've merged with starline and ace they're taking them down with them too. Id advise against calling Ace Starline or Central as they're all one now and clearly they're running it the way central ran their phones. Terrible terrible service. Get an Uber or call station taxis, if your in town go to the station taxis there and hop in.

This is the best Taxi company in the whole of Chichester Area, all other companies don't answer the phone and when they do they refuse to offer their services. We needed a lift to the train station at around 7:30 am, all other taxi companies refused and said they were fully booked months in advance, which is just ridiculous, but I rang Central and spoke with a lovely woman, who moved some jobs around to fit us in, when she realised we had a baby with us, the staff member arranged for a people carrier to collect us, which was in short supply. We are very thankful Central, they really helped us out that morning. All other taxi companies are rude and ignorant, USE CENTRAL, THEY WONT LET YOU DOWN!

I’m a reoccurring customer, however as great as the drivers are I do have an issue with an incredibly rude receptionist, could be a lot better if the customer wasn’t laughed at or spoken down to for requesting a booking. I feel even two stars is generous.

What happened?! Used to be the best cab firm in town, now an hour late if they turn up at all. Pack it in if you can't provide a basic cab service! Use Premier instead, this is not the company that got the ratings you see

Bad experience. Booked a taxi a few hours in advance to and from an event. The taxi to the event turned up half an hour late and overcharged me £5 (£12 on a £7 journey). I only found out because the guy in the taxi on the return journey said that for a couple of miles I should absolutely not have been charged £12. Won't be using this company again.
