My Mercedes was pulling to the left. They swapped the front wheels and charged me £30. A Mercedes mechanic said the camber bolts were shot and sorted the problem. For convenience, I put the car to them for an MOT. They said my exhaust needed replacement. They had the car for two months saying Mercedes had no exhausts. I found a garage that could do it and miraculously, they managed to weld it ( they previously said they couldn't) at a cost of £60 which they did before asking me. Put your car to these tossers at your peril.

I've been using the Volks Centre for over 20 years and have had consistently excellent service throughout this time and would have no hesitation in recommending the Volks Centre over a main dealer for any work you might need.A few years back when my Audi A6 was involved in a minor RTA I opted to have John complete the mechanical repair work which was fully approved and assured by the insurer with no hesitation.

I have a car that was built on 1971. Was a bit apprehensive about finding someone who could look after it and sort out the niggles. Well, it went into Aberdeen Volks Centre and came out running beautifully. Everything was explained to me, great communications throughout. So friendly and helpful. Very well priced. I am delighted with the service and care they delivered.

Helpful, friendly and very reasonably priced.I had my VW transporter van in for servicing and an MOT, i was led to believe from a main dealer that the cam belt/ water pump was due to be replaced and fully prepared to pay the full (slightly eyewatering) £500 (ex vat or the service or the MOT) for the works to be undertaken.However!Thanks to some detective work by the technicians at Aberdeen Volks Centre it was discovered that this work had been undertaken just 2 years ago and was not required.Honesty is worth its weight in gold these days, there for i would highly recommend Aberdeen Volks Centre.

Absolutely horrendous service, mechanics don't have a clue what they are doing, asked them to test a rear diff pump, charged me £50 to do diagnostics...which i had done myself already. When I returned they told me they couldn't test the pump because the the ECU on the rear diff was broken (which I told them in the first place...i just wanted to make sure it wasn't the pump before i changed out the ECU)Quoted 6-8hrs for a job that Westhill cars did in 2hrsAbsolutely useless, would not recommend to anyonewaste of time and moneySlider

Been using the Volks centre for over ten years to look after both my cars (originally both VW's, now VW and BMW) always receive a first class service. They are trustworthy and they get the job done promptly with no fuss. If they say the car will be ready by a certain time it will be. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible experience.Put my VW Golf in for an engine diagnostic and to check whole fuel injection system including fuel tank pump (was recommended by mechanic as the problem after a breakdown) two weeks ago.THey didnt even bother checking the fuel pump and told me it was £1000 to change fuel injector and wiring loom, which it turned out wasn't the problem. Absolutely rubbish workmanship and low quality mechanics, DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!

I couldn't be happier with their work. They managed to squeeze me in the day I requested, despite their busy schedule, and even advise me to not repair one of the two things that came as an advisory from the MOT because they didn't find anything wrong with it after putting the car on the ramp and check it thoroughly. Very satisfied customer, thanks... One more thing, even the lady attending me on the phone the first day I called was great (I can't remember her name, sorry). Good job all of you!
