Hadn’t had much hope of this being a better experience of taking myself and my dog but was so wrong . Graham is punctual , empathetic to my needs and showed my dog respect and compassion as she is blind. Went out of his way to chat and make me feel comfortable. A very pleasant first experience and will definitely use again.
