Very poor, my sister went there from st James, after falling and braking her ribs and was very poorly at st James,she was on gledhow wing and was transferred to beeston,she was in pain all the time but they didn’t seem to bother,only wanted here to move on.asked for doctor to examine her,We moved her to Berkeley Court at Harehills where she was looked after for a while but still in pain , ended up going back to st James where she is on a drip and having a full body scan.we asked the staff at beeston if they had got her full history, not sure !!! Why did st James hospital send her there.

This place looked after my gran all the staff are realy good she said Tracey was the best and I agree realy careing person not just a job to her a credit to you the general running of it management side is a bit in organized but the care is second to none

I was recently in the UK visiting my Mum who is in your care . She has been very ill mentally and physically. The care i saw was fabulous , checking on her multiple times an hour and very responsive with sny concerns we may have . Thank you

Excellent care. Staff all very helpful and proffessional. Mums recovery was encouraged within a caring friendly atmosphere. The food good and dining room regularly used which helped people mix promoting a faster recovery. Thank you to all the staff.

We would like to say that the care in slic is second to none, our mum was in here for a month and the care was fantastic she recovered so well and fast from a broken femur, the food was amazing and all staff were so caring and good at there job. Our mum felt relaxed and safe this is what matters thank you to you all .

This an excellent short term recovery home.it's for older people discharged from hospital but not quite ready for home. The staff are exceptional the food is really good.It's bright and kept lovely and clean. They try and encourage activities but don't make the patient if theye don't want to. My father in law spent two weeks here. The follow up team made sure he was safe when he returned home. A huge thank you to all.

Welcoming and helpful. Clean and pleasant. Guests and visitors are put at their ease. Spacious day rooms and individual resident rooms with an en-suite cloakroom.

As part of my job I might take patients there for more rehabilitation, But besides that my mum went after she fell, there were good and looked after her well

I phoned the centre today (11.10.19) for some information on my elderly relative and was spoken to very rudely by a member of staff. I hope that's not the way they speak to the residents there!
