Absolutely terrible service! We used a Groupon coupon for a half price boiler service with this company - i was initially skeptical but read all the good reviews so booked for a Friday... they didn't turn up. My husband rang several times was told he would get a call back but never did - eventually he was told that it was to do with their online booking system despite us getting a confirmation email the day before, so re-booked for today... no turn up again! Husband has phoned - I have phoned several times, been promised several call backs that haven't happened - phoned again at quarter to five to get an answer machine - to which i have left a message cancelling the appointment due to them messing us about and costing us 2 days holiday to sit in waiting for them and i will be pursuing a refund of our coupon. Very VERY disappointing service!

Set up 1 appointment for 9 am, they showed at 12 and didnt finish the job, rescheduled 3 weeks later and they never showed at all. Now are not answering my calls and my water is still not working properly. Guys are an absolute joke. So unprofessional and so much time wasted.

Adrew and his son Cody could not have been more thoughtful, profesional and helpful! On arival they protected the stair carpet with a special adhesive plastic. It lasted, without damage, for the three weeks they were with us. A fresh clean dust sheet was used in the hall and in the work area. At the end of each day the house was left tidy. The wrong Shower Tray and Cubicle were delivered by the supplier. Cody took an afternoon to visit the supplier and exchange the items for the correct ones. Andrew took great pride in his work. Every detail was meticulously attended to until it met his exacting standards. He even changed the razor point fitted by the electrician because it was unattractive and on a large box. For the same reaso he painted the Radiator as well. It is impossible to speak too highly of the job they did for us. Excellent value for the very reasonable price we were happy to pay.

Reviews here must be fake they are not even registered and I have reported them to Gas Safe - use at your own peril

Very Poor service.Engineers did not show after re-booking a boiler service several times and confirming the appointments.Wasted 3* 4 hours waiting for them (wasted some holiday off work). No explanation from the company

Extremely disappointed - do not trust - We instructed Andrew to re-fit our bathroom and then we found out that he has recently traded another name (Dec 2014) - we said we were now unsure as he previous company had bad reviews and that we needed to think about it. So we asked to postpone and have our keys back. He NEVER bought our keys back and we have had to have the locks changed - DO NOT TRUST this company
