Not yet received my order, but the 1 star is for the poor customer experience so far. On the website said 7 days, emailed and got told 14 days. Now no response at all from the company, so no idea if its been sent, when it will be sent and quite honestly the responses I have got haven't been the most helpful either and almost borderline plunt. If the items arrive at all, probably wont be using them again due to this.

Cut My Plastic offered an amazing service for our toilet upgrade at Fox Wood Campsite. Their website is super easy to place an order and their after service equally as helpful. We ordered the 5mm walnut brown acrylic with pre-drilled holes. And as you can see from the photos it looks amazing.A final note; it is hard wearing, mark free and wipes down amazingly. No smears. No scratches. Looks great all the time. Just what we wanted in a high footfall area where the public want it looking clean and tidy whenever they visit.Thank you again Cut My Plastic for a fabulous product with a great service.

My cut to size mdf sheets arrived today. Amazing! I don’t think there are any other companies who sell reeded mdf board cut to size, I’ve looked for a long time and could only find full 2400 length sheets. Now I need to find more places to board, I love it. Thank you!

I love this place! I have bought the coloured plastics for so many things - garden boxes, a mantle shelf, a table top, splashbacks for the utility room, and two bedside cabinets the colours are so varied and the prices are so reasonable that I can change the tops to match different bed linens or soft furnishings! Seriously I wouldn't go anywhere else for this sort of thing. The staff are always so helpful too.

If I could leave no star I would. 1 piece delivered, remaining 12 pieces which comprised the same order un delivered, un accounted for. Their land line number has no option to leave a message. Emails to their info@ address are ignored..short of getting into my car and driving down to West Sussex, these clowns are un contactable. Pointless to use the term 'Customer Service' because there is none. Interesting to read that I am not the only one to experience this treatment when pursuing a genuine order issue.

I have tried to get some assistance with my panelling queries for a few weeks now and nobody has had the courtesy to reply to my calls, emails or messages. Very poor customer service and very rude.

Bought a lovely solid pine combination wardrobe to turn into a much needed linen cupboard, it needed a good strong shelve so went online to look for something appropriate, found Cut My Plastic, the reviews were very good so I thought I would give them a go. Glad I did, bought a piece cut to size of hardwood plywood 25mm thick, good and strong, great piece of wood. And very well packaged.I can now highly recommend Cut My Plastic to everyone and I will definitely be returning for more as more projects turn up.

The glass shattered on our designer Bo Concept table, we ordered 2 replacement white perspex tops from cutmy and now they are fitted it looks amazing. £200 instead of £2-3 thousand. Ordered and arrived within 2 days.Update 4 CutMy: Yes you may use the photos on your website.
