Absolutely incredible. We recently stayed in Cornwall for a week with our beloved dog and to our horror she developed pain that needed an emergency visit one evening. Our dog is so scared of vets and becomes extremely aggressive out of fear. The vet we saw reassured me calmly and took her to another room without even breaking a sweat or showing any concern about the situation being potentially dangerous for him. She returned with a wagging tail. Just to show the comparison our vets where we live, who I thought were the best had informed me in the past that she would need to be sedated just to have things looked and could not deal with her at all, so I was hugely impressed! We visited again the next day and saw another vet who was also brilliant with her being the very tricky dog that she is.
