Anna The PCOS Coach

I cannot recommend Anna enough. This wonder woman has changed my life. From struggling with my periods since I was 15, to being put on multiple contraceptive pills and then having a hellish year after coming off contraception on my own accord to try and sort out my own problems. Anna gave me the tools to work with to improve my mood, loose weight and control my hormone imbalances and the ultimate gift of all, falling pregnant after only 3 months on Anna's programme. We've gone to thinking I was completely infertile and needing IVF to falling pregnant with no real trying and sorting out my whole lifestyle as a result.
