My experience at First Step Consulting was Excellent. The Managing Director Javad, was extremely supportive and helpful throughout my whole time there. The experience was my first coming out of university and proved extremely beneficial for my future applications and gaining core consulting skills. I would definitely recommend applying for those of any level who want to get some experience in Consulting and need some experience doing so.

I worked for First Step on a few occasions. I thoroughly enjoyed being surrounded by other smart consultants from some of the UK's best institutions and universities. Our Managing Director, Javad, was extremely professional with both deep knowledge and the ability to manage a project to a very high standard. His ability to quickly learn of a project's requirements and understand technical terms was a clear indicator of the company's experience in dealing with a variety of projects.I would highly recommend the business to both businesses looking to work with First Step, as well as for those looking for work experience (regardless of whether it is within management consulting or not)

I have had an amazing experience working with the team while working on a market entry strategy for a customer. The thing that I enjoyed the most was the varied ideas from team mates, who are from different fields of study/work. The learning curve was great as we worked on a real boardroom strategy.
