Absolutely disgusted at the treatment of my son, here, he showed them the picture he wanted, they done a completely different cut and laughed at my boy, how dare they it felt deliberate to my son, learn some manners!! Btw teenagers have feelings next time listen to the person!!

Paid for a skin fade but it was more like a grade one. Guy didn't use cutthroat razor for clean finish. Didn't show me back of head, cut was uneven. Upgrade your staff !

Got served today for the first time by the new gent hendri / Henry ( really sorry if I have spelled thsi wrong) I just wanted to say potentially one of the best haircuts / styles I’ve ever received from any barber very glad I let him do my hair!Thanks so much will be back

First visit today (Beacon branch) with my 5yr old who says it's his best haircut ever. I agree. Super friendly and skilled service. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Took my almost 2 year old. Previous cuts have been a nightmare with screaming and tears. But Vlad was great made him feel at ease. Let him choose where to look. I even think he was better than me when I get my haircut. So thank you polo and especially Vlad for a 5star professional and experienced service. We'll be back!

Today my wife and I took our son for his first professional haircut. This could have been a nerve-wracking experience, allowing a stranger to cut our beautiful son's hair, but our barber put us at ease straight away. She seemed well experienced with cutting children's hair and did a fantastic job. Our son was calm in her presence and enjoyed playing with all the combs.It looks like this will be our son's barber! Very happy to pay the £11.
