Whilst visiting the store we decided to visit the cafe and we were extremely disappointed. We expected to see a wide variety of snacks, sandwiches and baguettes, how wrong we were. Very little choice and what there was seemed to be poor quality. In the end we had two ham and cheese toasted sandwiches which comprised of poor quality ingredients and very greasy. However, the latte and flat white coffees were nice. Overall, poor value for money at just over £15 (with one bag of crisps). We definitely won’t be visiting the cafe again.

Customer service is getting worse and worse. I had to ask them a question 5 mins before the store closing today. I know they won’t have any patient. However, those two ladies standing there chit-chat until I had to ask nicely if they can help me with a click and collect question. They had not intention listening to me just saying online and store are two different systems. I expect your staff are better trained but clearly not. Hopefully you can improve your customer service in the future.

I'd just like to express my thanks to the wonderful staff at my Leicester store. I'd left my wallet at the self check out. On going back the wallet had been handed in and securely saved. Such friendly competent staff.

Superbly neat place, and everything is arranged and stacked in a manner which is very helpful to locate the needed things very easily. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. I would visit this super market time and again.

Good place for weekly shopping. store is pretty much got everything. You can buy clothes including kids uniform. Meat and fish including Asian grocery . Fresh fruit and vegetables. Clean and large store for shopping. Plenty of selection at this location and the staff are quite good at keeping stocked. The atmosphere is lively and it's generally kept quite clean. Large car park perfect for peak hours, but super out of the way for pedestrians. Overall, my experience was good, staff were very friendly, and I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. Definitely recommend.

Car parking is now a nightmare. The check out is another disaster the assistant’s really don’t stop putting things through the till so everything is piling up. The cashiers don’t bother helping. I had a broken arm and was slow in my packing. Everything piled up whilst the cashier watched me struggle. They need customer care training and the store is so illogically laid out. Never again!!!!!!

Well set out, plenty of parking, fuel station next door. Has pharmacy, spec savers, a fresh kitchen" restaurant and Argos all inside so can have a productive time here getting all sorts. Timpson sill cut keys while you're shopping and they have large range of clothes too. As supermarkets go the design of this one isn't too bad"

Visited the petrol station yesterday. Fuelserve couldn't reach them via the app x 4. I couldn't contact them via the phone number on the pump. Sat waiting for ages, the other users started getting out of their car and shouting at me because I haven't moved on, and I'm blocking them from filling up or moving. I explained I was disabled to the customers and kindly they notified the station I needed help. Help finally arrived, and they put fuel in the car. They explained that their phone number has changed. They have not updated FuelServe!MANAGER SEAN. This is an essential lifeline to the disabled community. Please update the contact details!!
