Would be nice to have a local contact number instead of going through the same calls i have now been waiting 45 min after being put through to 2 different departments who transfered me to the right one pfft all i want to do is confirm an appointment that was made by phone call to me and no back up letter so just making sure on my part and it turns out there is not 1 but 2 appointments so just to confirm i HAVE to wait

Donna from the Purple team is one of the best employees, she is very helpful and genuinely concerned for her clients. 3 stars for job centre but 5 stars for Donna

The staff down in Security are helpful and very nice. Upstairs is a bit slow and you kind of feel like a piece of meat on the production line. Get lively people, this is not the end of the line for the unemployed; it is supposed to be a new beginning. :-)
