I have just done my level one attunement with Jen, and I am so glad she is the person I went with. First of all, I immediately felt so welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived, and any nerves quickly left.Jen has such a passion for holistic healing and a wealth of knowledge and experience which was invaluable to me during the learning process.Plus, she gave some great tips and tailored the learning experience to me which I appreciated. I would recommend Jen to anyone looking to be attuned or have reiki. I felt the experience was both meaningful and fun and cannot wait to do my level two with Jen!

I’ve been a pretty closed off and emotionally defensive person with a sceptical personality throughout my life, generally leaning towards science and reason for most things, but I had a loss in my family, someone I was really close with and also a long running relationship that had become quite difficult over the last few years, with everything happening together I felt I really needed someone to help me find a way through the emotional stress and physical pain that came along with it.I approached Jen after finding her on Google maps, I’d like to say I made the decision purely on her positive reviews, but looking back now, I feel like I was just naturally drawn to her as someone who could help me.After contacting Jen, I aired my concerns about the practice of Reiki due to my very logical and scientific outlook on life and that I was worried I wouldn’t feel anything at all in the session, she put my concerns to rest and asked that all I did was relax and see how I felt, which was very reassuring.I won’t go into detail about my session, but I can say that I had absolutely no reason to be worried at all, Jen is a fantastic woman with a very lovely aura around her, she’s calm and makes you feel incredibly welcome in her company. The session did exactly what I had hoped, helping me to release trapped energy within my chest and heart which came from my loss and current relationship difficulties, i would say it released me from being stuck in one place and freed me up to move forward with my life.I can honestly say Jen help me so much and that the Reiki session has allowed me to become a better person from within.If you are going through any emotional pain at all, which can be causing your physical pains too, I honestly would recommend you give Jen a visit.Thank you Jen, I really appreciate your support.All the best,Lee

I have had Reiki with Jen when my life was so out of balance; it helped me get things back on track and my life is now changed in so many positive ways I found it so beneficial that i decided to be attuned myself, and now practice reiki too. Jen is the most wonderful lady I've had the pleasure to meet I was looking for a reiki practitioner to help with chronic back pain and I was immediately drawn to Jen.my first session Jen's energy radiated from her and I instantly felt at ease. During the session I felt incredible sensations and left literally floating. that night I slept for the first time in 8 years pain free the following day I was able to clean my house top and bottom which is huge for me I could only do one floor at a time over a few days.I instantly knew Jen would be the energy to attune me into the wonderful skill of reiki and seichem her teachings were relaxed and fun filled we laughed and talked so much and I feel like we have known each other for years.I did feel a little sceptical if I did indeed have the reiki abilities and I am blown away after my friend asked for a session from me yesterday and she too felt incredible sensations and left feeling totally relaxed and floating.I would without hesitation recommend Jen her knowledge and skill is unexplainable yet absolutely amazing.I am truly grateful to you Jen xx
