Good parking and dedicated disabled parking by the Store flower shop and fruit n veg stalls fishmonger. butcher. baker .salad / pizza bars all in Store. the petrol station has a carwash booth jet washing bays and car valet area selling take away food/coffee and the usual kiosk services stays open for a few hours after the main Store closes

Good selection of products available in supermarket,unfortunately not the case in the cafe,empty shelves,drinks towers not working,staff not visible on the till had to go looking for someone to serve me.

The store is fine. Its the overweight/obese customers with their trainers,long quilted tent coats and fat miserable faces that let's the place down. Like everywhere else today!

Deli refuse to serve me food.....Normal day went into Morrisons asked for 24 Large Chicken Satays thinking they'd just bag them up for me all in 1 bag as they always have for the past 20+ years...Was told to get the already packed ones which i was like okay but then saw only got 4 in 1 pack which i didn't want. Wanted 24 all in one bag as i'd eat them all within an hour as im a fatty... to be told No" and to get the packed ones...As "They can't put them all one bag" (kinder rudely) seems 3 people serving were to busy talking/ sorting food.And that i can't have the Large Chicken Satays on display because they'll be off within 2 days. Which i replied i'd eat them today but okay.... then she/ they walked off.Cafe: Stone Cold = Cold English Fry Up... 3/10 food"

Fresh, delicious, high-quality food. Love the fresh cooked foods. Only supermarket I know that has a fishmongers that knows what they talking about. A lovely salad bar and deli counter. And wonderful fresh bakery and cooked meats and pies area. As well as a butcher and fresh cream counter. Always had great quality fruit and veg from here, too. Just wish it was closer to cambridge city centre a quite a trek on the bus.

Unforgettable stench of rotten fish, emanating from the fish counter, follows you around the store. Unfortunately, it is the only supermarket in Cambourne. I wish we had a better place to do the shopping! Edit: on 12 June I witnessed a few Things That Should Not Be, see attached pictures. The fish smell issue got slightly better, but the air con is still generally very bad in this store, as if it was just recirculating the bad air from the ovens and the fish & meat counters, rather than pumping fresh air from the outside.Update July 2023: it still stinks badly in there!!!

The self-checkouts are permanently understaffed. One person cannot oversee more than 6 tills - this is my one and only gripe with Morrisons Cambourne.

We were having a great day until we were ‘assisted’ by the staff at the self check-out, Keith, who is obviously racist and treats us so rudely and successfully ruined our day. I feel sorry for Keith that he hates his job so much but perhaps is stuck here for his lifetime. I feel sorry for Morison’s that you couldn’t find better employees who understand what ‘customer service’ means. Miserable.
