Had my Evri parcels that were supposed to be delivered there rejected thrice. Lost money when ordering items on sale due to rejection and lost time.

Well stocked with a wider variety of fresh fruit & veg, a more open & less cramped store with wider aisles compared with the Tesco Express in Wood Green High St. And friendly staff too!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Often have empty shelves. Very very unhelpful staff and unprofessional. Licking fingers and eating crisps on the shop floor. Have lost my evri parcel twice. None of the staff ever available for parcel collection and seems to take them at least 15 mins to track down any parcels. My advice don’t get anything delivered here and don’t shop here. Tesco should be ashamed of this store!

Bouncer(?)/security guy is lovely! Helped me post my Hermes parcel with enthusiasm and was very kind and friendly. So was the woman at the cashier - many thanks to both!

I originally put a negative review but I just want to show appreciation for Saru. Whenever I pop in on sunday mornings she's always smiling and bubbly. Excellent customer service every time.

Tried dropping off a parcel using the Evri service that this store offers. Evri states a max parcel size of 120cm. My parcel was 90cm yet the staff member refused to take it. When I asked why they said the driver would not take it. The staff member became quite rude about this when I asked to speak with the manager about this. Co-Op in crouch end later accepted this without issue. If there is an issue with the parcel courier, I’d suggest the management take this up with head office and Evri as a company. Not just implement their own rules about what they do and don’t accept.

This shop is not at my usual routes, and I visit it not so often, but if I unable to find some simple everyday things like whole milk, flour or eggs in other supermarkets, or when I return home late, I come here and always find what I want. Also, the shop is usually clear and pleasant. I would recommend it if it is close to you.

Worst shop I have ever seen from the fire hazard blocked aisles to disgusting way disabled people are treated not to mention assistance dogs .. a security guard who can't tell the difference between an assistance dog and a Rottweiler.. must I go on stroppy staff who look like they would like to be anywhere else.. used the shop every day for years not after today .
