A true gentleman and highly skilled garment doctor. Repaired some holy jeans and dry cleaned a blazer that had coffee stains...they now look fantastic..all for an unbelievably good price. Highly relieved that this is my new local...phew.

I have sent my clothes to be dry cleaned or altered/amended to Capri for a long time. And have always had great services additionally my items are always returned in great condition and fixed exactly as requested. They go out of their way to make costumers happy so for that I give them 5 stars.

Really disappointed. Got some trousers and my favourite top dry cleaned here, the trousers came back with both buttons missing and my top now has a stain down the front which wasn’t there in the first place. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

I brought in an outfit from my childhood, which my late father bought me and I was so looking forward to putting my daughter in. All it needed was new elastic put in, so a very easy job. They couldn't care less that they have lost it, haven't apologised and won't return my calls.

Capri are an excellent dry cleaner and garment alteration service. We regularly use them to clean our cashmeres and silks, our down duvet, and recently I used them to shorten a new pair of jeans and the workmanship was amazing and terrific value. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. Staff are friendly and polite and always make sure that my clothing is washed thoroughly & on time and clothing is adjusted to my preference. I’ve been using this service for years and have always been pleased with my experience. I haven’t found a better dry cleaners in North-West London.

We’ve had very good luck here with all of our cleaning as well as minor mending and repairs. Very friendly service!Loses 1 star for damaging and losing the label from a very (very) expensive blazer and not telling me about it. But overall really great service.
