I walked in off the street, without really knowing anything about this company and completely unannounced apart from a very brief telephone conversation and was treated with kindness and respect from the moment I got there. The arrangements were efficient and, as we held an unattended cremation, as soon as the ashes were ready, I was advised and was able to go and collect from the crematorium, without any issue. If only everyone involved with my breavement had been so efficient, things would all be resolved by now. A great service. I would recommend this company to anyone.
