Fast and efficient service from store manager and his staff.

Went in ask about BT broadband.Seems to be quite a difference in speeds being quoted instore and online on the BT website.Minimum speeds seemed to be quite different too.Now not sure what information to believe.Also makes it difficult to decide which information is true and which is not .Just wondering why 2 totally different results from the same information supplied from the same supplier.Something seems slight off.Minimum speeds should be the same bur are not.So we are a little confused to say the least.

As a new EE customer, I found the staff in this store really helpful.

The most boring place ive been this year there was one girl on the floor who didnt know what they was doing and the customer service was out of the window no smiles no greetings no nothing wouldnt recommend it to anyone no help at all.

I have a perfectly good Samsung A2017. Why, when I visit an EE shop for any reason, does the person I approach immediately tell me I need a new phone?

Good experience, but I didn't get exactly what I wanted.

This store is nice. They made sure I was served quickly and the staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.

Was always felt a lot better before it became EE and was taken over by BT.Staff seem nice enough.Deals seem a lot more limited instore than they used to be.It seems like there are better deals online or so it seems.Staff seem to be pleasant and helpful as much the are able to.They don't appear to know why there seem to be clear disparities between insotre information and online BT information.It is a little confusing to say the least.Makes it much harder for us golden oldies.But you can only judge from your very own experiences of dealing with them instore.
