We managed to find the car we wanted and at a good price. Staff were not pushy and very helpful. We had one minor issue with the car which was fixed no problems. They seem to have a good network and database of cars and we got the model and colour we wanted. They gave a reasonable part exchange on ours and we could have probably got more in a private sale. However looking at advertising and waiting around cannot complain it probaby wasn't worth the effort and it was all sorted in a couple of days. This is our second Evans Halshaw car and will in all probability go back.

From start to finish could not fault the service. James our salesmangave excellent service. You had a decent test drive before buying,When it came to picking up the car Monica who did the handoverwas very helpful and informative. All the staff were very friendly.Would not hesitate recommending buying a car from them.

The team are mainly young but I was very happy with the service received. James A, was very polite and professional. He was very thorough with the paperwork and as such the transaction went through seamlessly. Got the online valuation price for my car and funds were deposited the next day.

Wonderful experience with Car Store Lincoln. This was my first time buying my own car and had no clue of the process or what I was looking for. Paisley was an amazing help and a credit to the team. She is incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for me. She put me at ease immediately and I enjoyed dealing with her throughout the process. Went with the aim of buying a used car but wanted to try out a couple of different models first. I was greeted warmly at the desk and given the option of looking around first or to speak with a member of the team. Within a minute or two Andrew arrived with his laptop to go through my preferences and options. I test drive three cars and there was always the option of trying more. Andrew was very helpful throughout, very patient with me seeing as I spent all afternoon there, offering drinks and was generally a pleasure to deal with. After trying a few cars I selected one for purchase, though it had a fault with the fuel cap. I was informed this would be fixed by the time I picked up my car the following day. The next day I went to collect my order, and was informed the part had not yet arrived. It was only a minor fault so I opted to book in for a free repair the following week. Monica was the member of staff who assisted with my purchase this time, again service was good. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the fault with my new car to be fixed as the part had not arrived (Not quite a week later) though I understand this is in no way the fault of the sales team who were great. I couldn't be happier with the car I bought so far either, so thank you to the team for a good afternoon and great service.

We recently purchased a car from The Car Store. The service we received from the staff team there was brilliant. We were looked after by Paisley, there was no pressure at all throughout the visit and we are exceptionally happy at how we were looked after. I would definitely recommend. 5 hours after arriving we were driving home with a new car. Thank you.

Highly recommend the team enough, they made the experience welcoming, they worked with your needs and around you, giving you the best package! Andrew and dean did there best to get the best outcome, even with a few set backs they still managed to work around it and still find amazing deals and packages to meet my needs! The car was ready and waiting, clean and the overall experience was 1 to none, drove away the same day! Thank-you all of the team for doing you best and making me feel welcome! Very good service received at Evans Halshaw in Lincoln. All staff were excellent especially Dean who took me for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy, I went home to think about it and rang back the next day. Everything was explained to me over the phone and when I came to collect the car I was dealt with by another lovely member of staff called Monica. She went through everything carefully. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The staff were polite and courteous. I would certainly recommend Evans Halshaw. We called to the store on Sunday having seen a car which appeared perfect for us online. We travelled over from East Yorkshire.... the car is perfect and 5 hours later we were driving it home. The team of staff made us feel welcome, and at no time did we feel under any pressure.
