Ronit Flowers

All I can say is that they delivered a lovely bouquet. Ronit was very friendly and helpful. I don't recognise any of the complaints made by the three Rog family members below (I presume they are a family - all negative reviews, all same surname) . They seem very angry and I presume it's about the same incident. Take people as you find them. These guys did a great job for me.

Ronit created the most beautiful bouquet for my sister's completion of her PHD. She sent me photos to confirm the style I wanted and another photo of the completed bouquet before delivery. My sister said that when the flowers were delivered, the person congratulated her on her PHD. Great service and a wonderful, personal touch. Thank you Ronit!

Excellent professional service, I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday who lives in Hendon but I live in Bournemouth and like to support local businesses. As I could not see the flowers I was given excellent advise and my daughter loved them. Delivered the same day. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday a special day.

This florist went the extra mile to make sure bouquet arrived same evening as my niece's joyful news was announced. Very efficiently, bouquet arrived an hour and a quarter after my order was placed. The lady was very professional and did indeed pull out all the stops. Needless to say, recipient was highly delighted by the exquisite blooms. Fantastic clientele service!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS - SCAM!!!They forgot about sending the birthday order I requested A WEEK IN ADVANCE. The owner couldn’t even find my order, even though I paid in person. The owner is absolutely unprofessional, shouts at customers, treats their staff very horribly with zero respect.She promised that the flowers will be send the next day (one day delay) and she will send 160£ worth - you can see the picture, this looks like Tesco’s 20£ flowers....I specifically asked to leave the flowers in front of the door, although she gave it to the neighbours without even telling me - regardless she said she delivered to the actual person. On that day, I had to message her at 10pm as we didn’t have the flowers at home, and that is when finally she informed us that she gave it to the door number 10, instead of us (while shouting at me). As it was late, I had to collect it from the neighbour the next day (2 days delay). It was very important for the flowers to be delivered on the day that we asked for, not only because it was a birthday but also because we were going away. So the flowers only benefited my neighbours....The owner has terrible communication, I asked her to take a picture of the “160£ worth” flowers and of course she never did. She would argue with me, raise her voice, blame others and not her - even though it’s her business.

Ordered a red rose bouquet for the first time from Ronit flowers with very short notice. Good quality flowers and excellent service! Thank you
