Expert Skip Hire Sussex

Easier than I thought to hire a skip as didn’t know exactly what I needed. Quick delivery and friendly workers. We had great communication anytime I needed to call for advice or collection. Defo use again if needed.

Ordered skip. Gave 3 days notice that it could be collected on the following thursday. Then advised all of a sudden that it could be 5 working days after the date requested so 8 days after we informed them? Day 5 arrives and nothing. Called and suddenly turns out the day you request isn't part of the 5 so it could be 6 days from the date you request. Horrible attitude on the phone. Asked if it could be booked in for tomorrow (and the 6th working day) as holding up other work and she said no. Advised won't be using them again and reply was you've only had one previous skip at this property before anyway. What about other properties I will need skips for.Awful business attitude. Well done for killing a new business relationship off after 2 skips. If you need a punctual company don't use this one. If you tell the customer a timeframe stick to it! And tell them about the 5 days before as nothing on website! Hopefully be gone soon

I would not recommend hiring a skip from these people. Poor communication: emails with very few details given so you try to call and they rarely answer the phone. It is not explained when you book the skip that you have to leave a 5 day window for collection. This ended up costing us an extra £90 to extend parking suspension, only for them to turn up early so extension was not in fact necessary. Told each time that the pick up driver would call when on his way and that never happened. Very stressful experience.

Dreadful.Used this company to hire two skips whilst completing a building project. There were a few minor issues with delivery, with the company being awkward and unhelpful and causing minor damage to a gate and fence, however when it came to removal of the skips the service was terrible.Couldn't get through on the phone after trying for days, when I did get through they had no interest in coming to collect the skip and wouldn't give any time frame. I had planned to get another skip from this company, but had to go elsewhere due to the time it took to get hold of them, but as they hadn't removed the old skip I couldn't even get a new one in from another company.I still have a skip that hasn't been collected and it has massively delayed my project and cost me money. I will never use this company again and will ensure none of my colleagues do either.Update - as the company replied to my review asking me to get in touch so they could resolve the situation, I did!And guess what? They were still useless. Did they try to resolve the situation as they said they would? No! Do I still have a skip blocking my property and further delaying the project? Yes! Have they given me any time frame or made any attempts whatsoever to collect after more than three weeks of phone calls? Absolutely not!What an absolute joke of a business, all talk on the internet to try and look professional, but in reality they are just a bunch of con artists.In summary, unless you want your property damaged, a skip that will become a permanent feature and complete indifference when you try to communicate, don't bother with these jokers.

Excellent customer service very professional, quick & easy delivery. Fantastic company will be using them again in the future recommended to all friends & family.

I hired the skip over a weekend and made it clear it would be ready for collection the following monday. It is now three weeks later.If I can get through (which isn't often) I am just given excuses about how many bank holidays there have been but no mention of this was made when I booked the skip. They were quick enough to take the money before delivery- which was a day late.It has held up my whole building project and still no removal date.Once they have your money this company just doesn't care. Pick another company.

Fantastic, professional and reliable service. Nellie, Aaron, Kate and the team do a fantastic job and go above and beyond to meet sometimes very tight turnarounds/ deadlines. I wouldn’t use any other skip hire in West Sussex.Highly recommend!
