Removed radiators, was paid in full. Asked to return to the property to re attach them (after the walls were decorated), when it was cold (couple aged 70), and needed more heat. No reply. Sent another text(WhatsApp), no reply. It’s unprofessional service If you can’t even say ‘I can’t get back to your property’, ‘It’s too far for me’, ‘ I’m too busy’. Instead ignoring us when we could have asked someone else was why I’d say 1 star. Acknowledging and responding to messages from a client is key, if you want to be professional!
