Harrison Residential Surveying

We commissioned David to conduct a homebuyer survey for us in Oct 2023. David carried out a very thorough inspection and produced a detailed report. This alerted us to some key issues.David then took the time to have a telephone consultation with us to walk us through the report, which was invaluable!I have commissioned three surveys in my lifetime and David’s was by far the best! Highly recommend.

David provided a great service all the way through the process. The survey was arranged efficiently and the report, which was incredibly thorough but still understandable to a lay person, provided very quickly afterwards. It was so helpful to have the opportunity to talk through the results with him as well. House buying is a stressful process but David made this part very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

David's report was easy to read and understand as well as being very thorough. The phone call follow up was great and helped contextualise the report, giving opportunity for questions to be asked to help form an informed purchase. Very easy to contact after getting David's details from the local estate agent. The survey was arranged within about a week of first contact. We had a Level 2 homebuyers report carried out after the initial conversation with David.Very comprehensive report and a really useful follow-up phone call a few days later. We weren't sure what to expect and having a 67 page report sent to us was a bit of a shock but David talked us through it and reassured us that the points he had highlighted were normal wear and tear for a property of that age.No hesitation in recommending David to other potential buyers.

David has been fantastic throughout the surveying process. He helped me to choose the right type of survey for the house I am buying, and was very quick to organise and carry out the survey. He then provided a highly detailed report a few days later. As a first time buyer I have found the process of buying a house quite daunting, but David was very patient and took the time to answer my many questions and explained things thoroughly. David provided a through service from the onset. Following an initial enquiry, David emailed over details and followed up this with a phone call. We booked David in to carry out a Level 3 survey for us. From our initial contact, the survey was booked in, carried out, and the report issued back to us in around 2 weeks. David took time with us ahead of the survey to discuss any initial concerns we had regarding the property. The report itself was thorough and following the issue of the report we had a further telephone conversation to discuss certain points/issues that arose.
