Nice bloke, says it how it is, bought carpet/vinyl from there twice. They're coming to fit the vinyl on Thursday which is a quick turnaround. Could have gone to a national company but I decided to support a local business

Avoid this hot-headed, blame-shifting incompetent company at all costs.From start to finish, this entire experience was unprofessional and incompetent. I’m astounded at the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. They made a glaring mistake in their calculations, didn’t come and measure despite the complex nature of the area and our repeated requests during the quoting process. On the day of installation when realising their mistake, instead of owning up to it, they shamelessly tried to shift the blame onto us when the carpet didn’t fit. They aggressively tried to extort more money from us even after acknowledging it was their mistake not ours. The installation team arrived 4 hours late without prior notice or apology. We have another 6 rooms to carpet and they did not care about the repeat business opportunity. Their apathy and disregard for customers is unforgivable.**Looking at Old Man Major’s response to this review it’s clear that always getting it wrong is a regular part of his business practice. Anything beyond a rectangle he’s not up to it. His approach to customer care is just sad really **

friendly helpful and fair prices

Took them two days to finally get around to fitting the flooring down for us. The first day they arrived late to tell us that they wouldn't in fact have time to fit our floor and that we must get the plastic tiling up that was already down (despite the guy who came out to measure up saying nothing about this). The second day they came out two hours late despite us telling them that this time-window wouldn't be acceptable due to the school run. Came home to find them gone and all the cut-offs in the front garden. Will definitely not be using again.

Rubbish service. Had to take two days off work for my floor fitted in the hall. Into the second day and again waited all day and no one here yet. When you call all you get is that they'll call the fitters to find out but no one returns your call. Don't use unless you are willing to take 3 days off work to wait around!!!

Has a large selection of floor coverings at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful, will help you to choose a flooring suited to you. Fitting is very quick and to a high standard.
