I took my 10 month old Patterdale cross Charlie to these ladies for his first grooming session because he was looking a bit scruffy and what I can I say he looked amazing when I picked him up !! Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend. Took my Labradoodle for a full groom and she looks amazing and smells fantastic. The service was brilliant, it really felt like they put my dogs needs first and she was obviously very content and happy to be there. Will definitely be going again.

Absolutely incredible. My dog is an overseas rescue who has never been groomed but Sally and her team did a brilliant job. So kind, patient and understanding. Daisy came back looking smart and smelling amazingly clean; she has been superbly looked after and has made two friends for life! Thank you so much. Clean, tidy, super professional set up and a lovely garden for her to chill out in, not to mention the treats and cuddles she got. Much more than just a groomer's!

Sall’s grooming service was such a brilliant experience. Sally and Emma welcomed us to their holistic grooming space, was professional, careful and complete quicker than expected. Also, the best prices in the north west by far! Lola looks like a completely different dog and was happy and wagging her tail through her whole pamper session. She looked and smelt amazing.

Our First visit to Happy Tails today for our 3 year old Terrier Cross and 1 year old romanian rescue. Our terrier had a full groom and is looking absoloutly handsome. Our rescue was dealt with so much care and time as this was his first experience having his nails clipped or even being with a groomer, it was a fantastic service and both dogs were looked after extremely well.Lots of questions on our dogs health, likes and dislikes, behaviour and the types of coats they have and what we are looking for.such a wonderful first experience x

It was my youngest dogs first time here. She's a rescue, and she can be a little fearful sometimes, but she seemed more than happy when I picked her up, and she looked beautiful. I've even booked in for both of my dogs to come here just before my wedding!

This was my first time of using a dog walking service after many years of dog ownership and so making the decision caused me some apprehension and a lot of research. I knew though the moment I met Sal and Emma that I had nothing to worry about. They met my girls a few days beforehand and had a manner about them that was not only friendly, calm and caring but also extremely professional. They spent time getting to know my girls as well as taking information from me down to the minutest detail so as to make sure the girls' routines were followed as closely as possible whilst I was away. I felt confident that I could trust the care of my girls as well as the safety of my home with Sal and Emma. I will certainly use Sal and Emma again and would highly recommend them.
