Dove Dental Care

I was referred here for wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Shaffery and the nurses were friendly and professional. Had to wait three months for the appointment after sending in the x-ray, which I think was quite long to be honest but understandable under the covid situation, overall still a good experience.

My daughter was registered at this practice. We visited once then corona virus happened. We couldn't book because of that situation. So after things got back to normal we called to book appointment only to find out she is taken of the register because we didn't make appointment for the past 2 years but we couldn't because it was too risky to do it. We never been informed in any way this is going to happen. No information given prior or anything but lady on the phone said you can book private appointment on same day what a surprise . This not an NHS doctor in any way don't be fooled and the way they treat children as well is beyond words. I called different dentist and registeted my children with no problem. I also emailed practice why this happened never got answer back. You make your own conclusions about this apparently NHS dentistGlad my children not registered there anymoreTerrible

Really friendly and efficient staff. Managed to extend my appointment for a couple of fillings which was great!

Good quality care with with all staff members happy to answer any and all questions I've had. With every visit I've also been provided with clear instructions on how to take care of myself after treatment. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at this practice.

Went to Dove dental care very scared of the dentist. The dental nurse at my first appointment was very understanding and when she found out that i needed treatment she even came out to me when i was leaving to advise me to bring some headphones with me next time which i thought was very thoughtful.

I don't think this is the right place for me & my kids anymore. Will cancel appointments and won't event offer you another. I've got a 3yr old who's registered & they've never seen due to cancellations. Was never like this & I'm leaving. This is unacceptable. I'd rather pay for dental checkup for my children

The first time I went to Dove Dental care I was petrified but all the staff soon made me relaxed.My dentist and lady assistant put me at ease straight away

For the last few years dove dental has gone down hill, cancelling appointments for me and my kids 3 or 4 times in a row amd last time I was seen for a check up it was very quick and felt rushed like the cant be bothered if your an NHS patient. I had another phone call recently to cancel again an check up for me and my family and what a surprise they said I can't book another appointment at the moment I will go on a waiting list, if I need emergency treatment I can pay privately! Discusting! ! I've been in this dentist for over 10 years and they treat patients like this. Pushing all the NHS patients out is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't advise going with these paying or not. No good dentists here anymore!!

Always comfortable at this dentist, very happy and always come out satisfied with the service and recommendations.
