i came in with a shattered iphone 11 pro max screen, jake fixed it in less than 30minutes, great customer service and phone works like new!!!

Jake at Feng Tech was amazing he helped me out with a screen issue, knew his stuff and really put the customer first both when speaking to him over the phone and in store. I'd definitely recommend them for any phone repair issues.

Incredible service! Brought in my Samsung, and it was fixed in under 10 minutes. The staff was not only quick but also super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident my phone was in good hands. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs. A five-star experience all around!

I had dropped my phone and cracked my screen protector thinking it may be time for an upgrade. I was passing by Fenn Tech in Maidenhead and dropped in on the off chance of getting some advice.I was so surprised by the warm welcome and OUTSTANDING service that I received from their lovely employee on 03/12/2023 at 15.30.Sadly, my experiences and expectations of retail face to face or otherwise are often quite low but today I was blown away. I was greeted kindly and politely and reassured that I could be helped right away despite this employee having a stack of repairs to do with other phones and a client before me. To be sure this employee gets the recognition they deserve, they had an outstanding level of knowledge and a huge willingness to help at what was clearly approaching the end of their shift. I’d like to thank them for their polite, knowledgeable and warm approach. Experiences like this are rare in these times and I hope their employers appreciate them as much as they deserve to be. If not, other tech companies would do well to find out who this is and offer them a job, thank you x

Brilliant!!! These guys really know their stuff, within a matter of minutes they fixed my dead Samsung phone saving me hundreds of pounds as I didn't need to buy a new phone. They are helpful and not at all expensive. Highly recommend. I will always go to Feng Tech if I have an issue now. Oh and it was Jake who helped me last time at the Maidenhead store.

Visited the Windsor Store for a screen repair on my I pad, the guy undercharged me, I highlighted this to him and paid the full amount for the repair. I collected the I pad a couple of weeks later as the shop was not open on a couple of occasions i went to collect. When i collected all was well. A couple of days later the issue was there again, albeit not so prominent. I returned to the Windsor Store with the I pad and my receipt to ask them to look at it under the terms of the warranty, the shop had been sold and was in the hands of new owners. I was advised to take the unit to Maidenhead where they would take care of it. I attended, and was informed that the lines that were now on the screen wee possibly due to impact damage. A picture was taken and details for contact. I was told someone would call me that afternoon. Nearly a week later and having now been in touch with yet another outlet in Staines, its been decided that the warranty does not cover this. 2 months , not a mark on the unit. DO NOT ENTRUST ANYTHING TO THESE GUYS, the wait is not worth it, un-professional and unresponsive to any form of communication. Nil Stars

Was anticipating a large repair bill for my SE’s charging problem, but a helpful Jake kindly cleaned the charger port for me, and now it’s working fine. Will definitely go back for any future repairs!
