First ever sports massage with Libby after hurting my shoulder during a gym class and having reduced mobility in it. Very much enjoyed and benefited from the massage as well as Libby's knowledge!! We talked through the importance of warming up before different workouts and how to get an extra stretch in particular muscle groups! Didn't realise how tight my back was/is so will definitely be back soon for another massage!

Came in with a very stiff back and hamstrings were feeling tight, thankfully this was all gone through the amazing massage from Libby!!! Honestly a big big lifesaver, definitely recommend going!!

First ever sports massage and Libby didn't disappoint! She is so professional, knowledgable and friendly that the whole experience was top quality :) Shes focussed on areas of tension and has vastly improved the issues I have prior to my visit. She also then checked up on me after the appointment to see how I was after the massage. Would highly recommend to anyone!
