The gentlemen in this shop are wonderful. They appreciate my disability getting in and out of the shop and are very patient. The minimum price has gone up but it’s still good for me. One day I had to wait for the drying to be finished and I was given a chair to sit in and wait. Always friendly. Brilliant shop.

Very good alteration made to jeans. 4 out of 5 as a little inaccurate with the hem.The company needs to change its slogan. They say they are the best when there's hundreds of dry cleaning/alteration shops in the UK. So not likely, and might make some people choose elsewhere. When companies say their services are the best, they seldom are.

Has my second hand wedding dress cleaned here. The guys were incredibly friendly and explained everything to me. They made sure I saw the dress after cleaning and was happy and I was as it is sparkling! Also super quick service, would 100% recommend! Thank you guys!

I took a very special beige blazer in to the guys, which was absolutely covered with drink stains. It was wool and of course a light colour.I was resigned to the jacket being lost forever.What I received back was absolutely phenomenal- it looks like new.Cost me £19, but the blazer was made for my wedding for £600. Wish I had l taken some before and after!Unbelievable value, skill, and customer service. Wouldn’t ever use anywhere else again.

Highly not recommended from one of the staff behavior, he has rude, impolite, and bad behavior.Without any consideration in conversation he made derogatory comments, his behavior created tense for sometime.He sounded like a racist. He his not even worth of a single star.Ticket#: 10081

Dropped off 2 pairs of jeans on Saturday morning to be altered, then notified on Monday mid day they were ready. Not my first visit here, always good service and the quality of the work is excellent.
