Have to say my experience was nothing but good..I had a very large piece of machinery collected and delivered to London....2 man lift, and they were timely, well priced, and delivered the goods perfectly. I guess it's down to the packing?!

I had an integrated oven delivered by this company. It was dropped by the delivery man and broken beyond repair. I have had no compensation. Lamorna is not actually a delivery company they outsource your order. Be very careful what you sign up to.

I tried big national companies to send an urgent parcel but nobody seemed interested in helping me. So I called Lamorna Express and their courier arrived within an hour. My parcel was delivered the next morning with no fuss. Great service!

Had a piece of art delivered today. Despite the ‘fragile’ tape all over the box it looked like it had been in a war! Frame of the picture had been snapped and painting ruined so not just dropped but had obviously had something thrown on top of it!! If you value your delivery I would go elsewhere
