Can’t comment on their plumbing, however I can comment on their driving. They just came into Fulbourn on the wrong side of the road and almost kill a woman in a Ford KA. When it’s rush hour and there’s a steady que of traffic going into Fulbourn (from Balsham - which is a long straight road) I’d have to question the judgement of the idiot driving the van on the wrong side of the road knowing there are cars coming from the other direction. I’m a bit bitter as I had my 3 year old and 4 month year old girls in my car which would have been involved in the accident had the car in front not braked sharply to let him in. I know their driving has nothing to do with plumbing but they must be that short sited I wouldn’t trust them playing around with my heating.

we Called this company after our boiler stopped working. They came out promptly found the problem quickly. Will definately use again in the future.

I was charged £120+ for a call out where the engineer was with me for less than 30 minutes. He disconnected taps he believed to be the problem, after he left this seem to only make the problem worse. I was then quoted nearly £500 for him to return and replace the two taps as he had diagnosed these as the problem for the knocking noise. He did offer to come and reconnect the taps but I didn’t want the guy to come back.I questioned this as it seemed expensive and I couldn’t afford to go ahead. I used another local plumber who supplied and fitted just one of the taps for less than £150 and who also reconnected the other taps which were not broken. This solved the problem.Unfotunately I feel ripped off. I have raised concerns privately with this company and they were dismissed so I have no choice but to make this review public. I don’t like to be negative about local small businesses, but feel I should warn people.

We called K A plumbing & heating because of a leak in our airing cupboard. They immediately advised us of action to be taken to isolate the leak throughout the night. The following day the plumber that responded to our call out arrived on time and quickly got to work on the problem. He was very knowledgeable in the sealed system we have in our home and even had the part that needed replacing in his vehicle. He talked us through how the system worked and potential faults that can happen with this type of system which was very helpful as we were unaware of exactly how it all worked. Throughout the job, the plumber used floor covers and shoe covers to ensure there’s was no unnecessary damage to our property. The job was carried out promptly and the cost was very reasonable. Since completion we have had no further issue. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Terrible driver just cut me up on the A14. Looking through his reviews I can see I'm not the only one to have experienced" his driving skills.Hope the plumbing is better."

Pathetic experience with this gas safe register. It should actually loose it status.I used him regularly (as he has good availability) for the maintenance of my boiler, and I found he was good in critics (as he made a list of all the points to correct).This time I wanted to fit a gas hob and a oven. We agreed on a fixed price. After a morning of work (to do 1 m of tubing literally), he checked the installation and was ready to leave. I made the remark that the oven was not in its final position (as it was outside its cabinet). He said he does not fit the oven. Fine, when I tried to fit the oven in, the gas hob pipe clashed with the oven and it started smelling gas...This is when I loose faith in this worker.He had to go and told me he would come back the next day. I felt I was taken hostage (not able to cook), the gas was not safe to use (no heater) and even worst, he ask for more money....We finally fix the problem, but the fact that I had to argue and potentially be ready to sue him, make me think you should get a proper gas safe register...

Total Gentlemen and extremely helpful considering I didnt pay a penny came and explained job was alot bigger than first thought. Explained to me exactly what I needed etc. Deserve lots of work and will use in the future.

I have used this company many times for heating and plumbing in my house. I have always found the tradesmen to be very professional and reasonably priced. I have recommended them to friends and family who have also found their service excellent.A very professional and trust worthy company.
