Applied and joined this home as a care assistant. Training not very good, considering this was my first role as a care assistant, never done it before.Definitely the impression and pressure is to make staff to run before you can walk .As I`m a big guy, if I am moving residents who are infirm or frail, I want to feel sure I am taking good care of them and moving them accordingly and feel confident in doing so.

Excellent staff and brilliant management have witnessed first hand there care for my relative in this home.
