After buying a second hand vw golf with quite bad paint, plenty of swirls and scuffs.I asked around on detailing websites, custom creations was highly recommended by a few people.I took my car over to Andy to have a look at the paint. He said it'd take quite a while due to the condition of the paint. But said he could fit it in a few weeks down the line (a busy place is always a good sign)Correction day arrived and I dropped my car off at 8am to a wide eyed pair of chaps. After them telling me exactly what they were going to do, I left it with them.The day after I got a message saying my car is a couple hours away from being complete, so I headed back to pick it up. WOW! what a difference. It was like a brand new car.Andy and Chris have since both given me some amazing advice to prevent damage to the paint. I've also had a couple of follow up treatments to keep it in tip top condition.As well as all the advice they are willing to give, they also provide the equipment and tried and tested chemicals used by themselves at very reasonable prices.Amazing company, could not recommend them enough!

My old daily driver was in need of a paint enhancement which Chis/Andy stepped up to tackle. After 2 days their efforts had transformed the car, with no more swirls, a much improved overall finish and some good protection for a few months. The job turned into a bit of a mare but they stuck with it and the results speak for themselves. They gave me a good insight into the condition of the paint and how best to wash it going forward. They're both friendly, enthusiastic, know their stuff, aren't pushy and have a good range of products available. Highly recommended.

Andy and is team has provided an excellent service from start to finish and all the hard work and hours spent has made my car look better than when I first purchased it. I received daily updates and pictures and have had lots of great advice how to look after the paintwork when washing it after the detailing had been done, It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier , I would highly recommend anyone looking for car detailing to go nowhere else. So a few months ago I purchased a new to me 10 year old Mercedes.
