Even though the parts took months to come in stock I was given a courtesy car for the whole time which was extremely appreciated.Even though there's an issue still there, they are committed to rectifying this which gives me full confidence. John Beattie the Sales Executive who dealt with our purchase was fantastic from start to finish. He dealt with all our questions and queries efficiently and professionally. We were allowed to take a Dacia out for a test drive on our own which allowed my wife and I to discuss the car in private and helped us greatly in making a decision to go ahead with the purchase.We did find it very difficult to find a parking space and this put us off during our initial visit but the staff helped by moving cars to allow us to park safely during our re-visit.We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and a nice young lady at the reception was quick to offer us a seat and a lovely coffee before we met John.The only other negative was the amount of paperwork required to complete the finance application and the fact that we had to go to our bank some 20 miles away (due to recent branch closures)to get verified statements.All in all though the experience was positive and we are really enjoying our brand new car.

My query about getting a service booked was quickly answered and efficiently booked in. Good communication from the team on the day of service, and service completed with no issues. Car was nicely cleaned for picking up also which was lovely!
