Robert was very quick to quote a job for fixing a leaking pipe and was also prompt to come out to fix it.His communication was excellent - which isn't always the way with a tradesman these days.He turned up when expected and went the extra mile to ensure he left the job neat and tidy with a clean up too.I've struggled to find a reliable plumber and I will absolutely be keeping Robert's number and I would not hesitate to recommend him.Professional, friendly, fair priced and reliable.

Had a new heating system installed two years ago and it was serviced by the installer last year as an annual check. However, despite leaving messages this year for the engineer to carry out the due service, he never got back to me. Found Robert's details through scanning reviews on line and saw that he was Vaillant accredited engineer. Got in touch with him and although he was very busy, made time to come and service my system. Not only that, whilst carrying out the service he had noted that the gas test level had dropped. After highlighting this he checked my gas fire and discovered a gas leak. Robert very quickly isolated where the leak was coming from and sorted the problem making the appliance safe - with no extra charge!I was so impressed and delighted with his workmanship and diligence. Very reasonably priced and was very thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending Cowan Plumbing and Heating.

We had a brilliant experience in regards to our heating system not fully firing up the radiators in the house. A complete power flush and a new radiator installed has made a massive difference. The boiler was also serviced. All communication was outstanding as was the service and honestly one of the best professionals we have used.

Robert arrived when he said he would and quickly removed and blanked off 2 radiators. When it came to fitting the 2 new radiators he thought completely out the box where to position the pipes so they wouldn't be seen. Excellent job! I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Robert or using him again.

Robert, very thorough and reported an issue to gas network for me very pleased and getting him in again to install radiator soon. Would definitely recommend him 10 out of 10.

Just wanted to say thank you to Robert for installing new boiler as old one was broken and needed fixed, Robert went through the process , sent over very good quote so decided to get his expertise and got new Vaillant boiler, delighted with Roberts work and thoroughly recommend his services to anyone looking for heating and plumbing, many thanks, mr Kelly, Coatbridge

We had no water due to a water leak where it was not obvious even to the insurer's emergency plumber, where the source of the leak was. I called Robert from Cowan Plumbing & Heating and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He told me exactly what he was going to do and even though the leak was in a pipe recessed behind a tiled shower he was able to find the source with causing very little mess and even clearing what mess there was afterwards. His customer service and his ability to resolve our issue was exemplary and I have absolutely no problem in giving him a well earned review of a full 5 stars.

Can’t recommend this business enough. Very reasonable pricing and very fast work. Avoid dealing with third party agencies to find a local plumber in your area and deal these folks directly.

Robert fitted our new Valliant boiler last week,no mess no fuss.The pipe work was outstanding ,neat.He is,also a Valliant recommended Installer.5 star .
