BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS GARAGEI spoke to Grant on the phone regarding a ford kuga that I was intending to purchase. I asked the question if the vehicle was as described in the advertisement ( great condition) to which he told me it was. I bartered on the price to which he told me if I placed a deposit of £100 then he would discount the car by £300. ( it's probably worth pointing out now that I worked in the car industry for 12 years) I travelled the 2.5hr journey to sleaford. When I got there I wasn't as happy as I thought I would have been. Upon inspecting the car there was a nasty dent / scuff about the size of a pound coin on the rear of the car. They hadn't even bothered to try and touch this up. I checked the tyres and the 2 front ones were down to the markers" deeming the tread as 1.6m. On a test drive the car was pulling aggressively to the left which I imagine will be down to the tyres balancing/ tracking. I spoke to.grant regarding the issues and he eventually offered to knock £50 off for the tyres. ( replacements will be costing £250 tomorrow) when I left there was no pleasantries from grant or thanks he just ignored me as I left the car lot. On my way home I remembered the mot that I had checked did not have no advisories on so how did this go through an mot. I decided to call the mobile mot tester whom told me that had the vehicle had less than 3mill of tread then he would have placed advisories on the database. I have since contacted the garage telling them that my suspicion is he has put the car through an MOT and then changed the tyres afterwards commiting fraud ! I've also noticed that for some reason the carpet in the rear all the way to the front under the drivers seat has been cut and then put back very badly. I also found a bolt under the seat noticing that the drivers seat has been out and not bolted back in correctly.I will be contacting VOSA and getting the vehicle inspected independently.Grant has been in business since June and I'm afraid to say I can't see him being in business long if this is his process.Absoultly disgustedUPDATEAfter weeks of different issues with the car and being ignored when raising problems i ended up issuing court papers. Grant decided to do an out of court settlement. So this goes to show the kind of business Grant is running . He will sell you a knackered car and avoid any issues raised"

Grant, the owner, had been really kind in facilitating at every aspect of buying a car from his show room. He listened to my observations after viewing the car and was kind enough to ensure sorting all issues I could spot and ensured me of complete health check before handover. I bought it a month ago and I am happy with the car. He was kind enough to pick me from Sleaford station to his show room when I came for viewing the car. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a good car.

Fantastic Customer Service!I had driven past the site a few times over the last couple of months and saw it was being prepared to open as a used car dealership. Out of curiosity I popped in to say hello before they open and have a look at what they have in stock.Grant (a director) was there to answer all my questions, show me a few cars and discuss finance and warranty options.I could not fault his service, especially as they weren't even open for business!I would highly recommend Sleaford Car Centre if you're looking to upgrade or trade in your car.I walked away with a low mile 2013 vw golf.
