I recently visited the three store in Yeovil and had a really positive visit, the staff were really helpful and answered all my questions so I understood everything I was wanting to know.I wouldn’t hesitate to come back in when next needed.

Hello. Negative opinion I went to the store because I want to buy a new phone I immediately went to the Samsung so I took it I picked it up Immediately when I took it, the lady from the service ran up and told me to put it away After all, what are these phones on display for? as she said it, she stood over me to put it down and then left She didn't even say hello or ask how I could help. just rude service and no culture. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

A number of months ago my sim only contract was about to finish. I called into my local three shop, Arran took the time to explain all of my options, as I am not the most highly technical person.He went into depth so as I understood and got the right package I wanted.Today I called in with my Mum who was served by Connor and also received the same outstanding service as I had done.Great caring staff together make an excellent team!!Thank You!!

Huge thank you to the incredibly helpful staff at the Yeovil store for helping me get my daughter up and running again after having her phone stolen. I'm ashamed to say that in the drama of the situation I forgot the name of the gentleman who sorted us out in a calm and professional manner, but his assistance was greatly appreciated and I hope this review goes some way to recognising his excellent customer service. Can't recommend them enough and thank you once again.
