Super helpful and informative staff, really cared and helped us make sure we knew what we were looking at. Also gave us some homework!The ladies who work upstairs in the furniture and curtains are great, 10/10 customer service. ✨

Never again. I ordered click and collect. They give you 7 days to collect but recieved an email day 6 to say pick it up but the end of the day or loose it. I rang the store 14 times(no answer) to see if they could hold it until the next day (I had just finished a night shift in the hospital and the store is 30 miles away tiredness and driving are not a good mix plus I had arranged to go the next day) I contacted the chat service and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do at all (the service was blunt and didnt listen) I panicked and went to the store about 7.30pm (shop closed at 9pm) I got to the till (only 1 person in front) the girl went off to get my order, she came back 10 minute later with only part of my order, she explained the rest was upstairs somewhere. A further 15 minutes later she came back with another part of my order (but not it all) she then went off again taking another 5 minutes. While she was away I found a large black mark on a white sheet. This was then refunded taking another 5 minutes. The girl was lovely, but, 35 minutes for a click and collect is ridiculous. Along with everything else I won't be using this service again. Pity! the bedding was nice and very reasonable.

Big thank you to Ann who was working on Saturday, she appeared to be working at the curtains section and I asked for assistance with my click and collect. There was a lengthy queue and Ann came downstairs to sort my order out. Really appreciated

Quite like this shop and the cafe has been redone recently and is way nicer. Nice and cheap stuff available here.

I was served in the Cafe by such a gorgeous, lovely girl here on Saturday with long brown hair and was probably my favourite part of the visit to be honest!

Lots to see in this store, fantastic cafe with great food. We had a lovely afternoon here.

Easy parking and one member of staff went over and beyond tk help find what I was looking for. Disability access great and in-store lift.

Absolutely garbage I returned a product that was not as described they have refused to give me a refund they won't even look into their system to confirm it bunch off thieves stay away from this anthill mob they steal ur money

Love this shop and really love their sales but I always spend to much money
