Marks and Spencer

I am happy with M&S shop except coffe shop in Derbion shopping centre .Staffs are making coffee most of them they don’t know , twice I have ordered cupachino both wasn’t done properly. Day by day it’s getting worth .Don’t clean tables , customer has to ask them could you please the table . I put a picture of my coffee foam wasn’t really foam .

They seem to be struggling for staff , it's really busy at the weekend and always have an amazing display of fresh flowers , there security man was also very polite welcoming and helpful

Queued for ages at the cafe counter only to be told there were no breakfasts available. No signs had been put up so very disappointed. 1 star.

Myself and Husband were in the Cafeteria on Saturday 8th July. We has 1 coffee 1 tea a scone and a Ham & Cheese Toasty. It can to a staggering £16.00. When we got our cutlery it was dirty, took it back told the staff who never even apologised. Then my Husband found the cup Dirty which he had been given for my Tea. Took it to the counter to be ignored. So he went around the counter to change it himself, then to verbally attacked by a member of staff. Still no apology. Disgraceful... We will not be spending any more money in M&S, I am going to try and get the shopping I need elsewhere.

Very standoffish staff, needed help on self checkout, one person on duty and another one who looked like her supervisor came to ‘help’ me - didn’t even look at me, carried on her convo with the other lady, flashed her badge, typed and went off, I appreciate its self service but if you’re there, at least make the effort, didn’t even reply to me saying what my issue was or me saying thank you, expect better from m&s

Today the cafe had no sourdough bread so all of the brunch menu unavailable. Finally decided on Eggs Benedict. Finally after 15 mins of waiting when I asked was told oh sorry there's a 20 min wait now.The girls on the coffee station didn't know this but they looked frazzled asked for a refund which I got but only for the Eggs . Poor service , cleared my own table didn't even offer a coffee as way of an apology

Please Marks Spencer’s could you please have some seating as an 70 + and my husband finds it difficult to walk too far after back operation , don’t want to use wheelchair . We love M& S products .

Nice big cafe. Excellent service.Decent menu. The baked potato was excellent.Lovely staff. Nice and clean.

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to marks and Spencer’s today my fiancé was racially profiled by marks and Spencer’s security and the security guard was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic training. The security guard was threatening and refused to identify himself his name or company and even threaten to take legal action against myself despite not breaking any laws.At this point the security guard behaviour is making me feel agitated and unsafe so I reported his behaviour to member of staff called Natalie who did her best to try and validate the unprofessional behaviour of the security guard, Natalie eventually apologised but kept counteracting by supporting the behaviour of the security guard. I asked for a high ranking member of staff, Mike the sales manager came down and basically again tried to defend the action of the security guard. I’m a regular shop at this store and many other marks and Spencer’s around the UK and I’ve never had this issue before it’s extremely disappointing that marks and Spencer’s don’t hire qualified security guards with the basic knowledge. Due to the complete disregard of security guards action I will be making a formal complaint with marks and Spencer’s and the security guard company. I’ve enclosed within this review a photo of the security guard and my receipt.
