Absolutely impeccable service from Chris Gray at Renault Wirral! I ordered a clio RS line which had sadly been discontinued. However, Chris never let this impede the order. He managed to get me the Etech Engineered in time for the 23 plate which had been custom wrapped to look just like the RS line. Everyone kept me up to date frequently throughout and were so very supportive. Thank you very much Chris at Renault.

Absolutely made up with my new car! I have purchased several cars from this garage and have dealt with Steve/Jason and today Mike. All the staff are incredible there. Mike was so helpful and very attentive. He explained everything very well. Would 100% recommend purchasing a car from this garage. :D

Great service from Chris Gray when I went to pick up my new car. I’ve never had a handover with so much care and attention. He explained all the tech extras fully, which was really helpful. Shall recommend to anyone looking for a new Renault.

The job was completed, however they charged an extortionate amount to run an engine diagnostic. Won't be using them again as I feel I paid price double / triple that of a typical garage. A car clean was included in the MOT, the clean wasn't even done thoroughly on the outside of the car.The curtosy car they gave me was electric and I didn't get a charging lead so I had to use my wife's car to get to work whilst work was being carried outThe saying once bitten, twice shy comes to mind. I certainly won't be getting an MOT with Renault again

Renault Wirral went above and beyond to care for my car, fixing any minor faults I encountered and ladies at customer services were polite halpful and understanding. Special mention to Mark (after sales manager) being very helpful and understanding getting things sorted for me. Over the years I always bought from them even when it was Lewis Reed, always helpful and understanding of my needs, now as Renault nothing has changed in their excellent service. Long may it continue.

I would give 0, if possible. Service from start to finish was unreliable and untrustworthy. Nothing was up front, everything was added on later. Booked a service and MOT, both they got wrong. Ended up with a MOT, and a new tyre for £180. Completely ripped off and lied too. I will never visit that garage again and will continue with my ongoing complaint against the garage. They gave me a hire with no petrol!
