Polyne Garage

Not impressed with this garage one bit! Had a very simple job to be completed and still could not complete it correctly. I was given false information regarding the fuel system. After taking my van to an alternative garage I was told that it was something completely different and cost less than half the price that what polyne quoted. Van has been good as gold since taking it to the other garage.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!

Very pleased with the work. Informative, quick, genuine parts, genuine conversation and cost was less than quoted as the part was a little cheaper than they had been quoted. Already booked to return for MOT. Wish I had been aware of them earlier!

Helpful honest garage, we've used Polyne ever since we moved to St Germans 30+ years ago. Not always the cheapest, but we can rely on them.

Lovely company, show real interest in their customer. Professional, efficient a d extremely well priced. We use them for all our cars.

I wouldn't use this garage again. Claim to fit top quality parts, then found out they had used reconditioned part on my vehicle. My vehicle broke down on holiday. They repaired it vehicle broke down again on the way home had to be recovered by RAC.This garage wanted me to get the faulty parts taken off and return the parts to them. I was then told IF the parts were faulty they would replace them. I'm some 300 miles away from this garage, They did not say anything about who would pay for all of this to happen, they could only argue and say if the parts were faulty they would sort it out. The RAC report told them that the parts were faulty. But they still didn't want to replace the parts untill I had sent them back to them for testing.In the end as I had paid by American Express I put in a complaint and got my money refunded.As I say don't use this garage for anything.

Had my RAC free health check done recently and I feel they did an inadequate job. Glad it was free!They checked my tyres and said they were all goodHowever, my rear tyre had really low pressure due to a slow leak, to which they said looked fine"Also my brakes weren't checked as my front passenger side disc brake isn't attached properly.Due to this I feel like nothing else was properly checked and I don't believe my fluids were done either."

My van went wrong and I need it for work. Polyne got me booked in quickly, diagnosed the problem, confirmed how much it would cost and got it fixed within two days. Very good service and really nice to deal with. Thanks.
