This company makes buying on line a pleasure. The website is easy to navigate and more importantly it is easy to speak with their knowledgeable staff. I wanted to amend one of their Kranzle packages and after a brief phone call I received a quotation by email.A minor problem with the delivery was again dealt with immediately and a replacement part was posted the same day.Excellent service, excellent product advice and excellent price.

Superb customer service and advice when we purchased our Kranzle and the same when I took it in for its first service and to sort an issue with low pressure, did feel a wally when I found out it was just the nozzle that was partially blocked! Highly recommended and well worth the 4 hour round trip!

Just been in today for a replacement part and annual service for my Kranzle. The AQUASPRY team repaired it while I waited. Easy fix (when you know what to do). I have brought a few products through these guys and unluckily had some trouble with some of the items.But I have to say that the customer service is second to none, quick to respond and they rectified the problems within a day or two.Safe to say I'll be using these guys for the foreseeable future.
