So, decent salesman. Car has a few issues, but I didn't pay an awful lot for it, so can't really complain.He knocked £100 off for the small damage on the front, and within two days, it became clear that the hand brake was far too loose. Called him, and popped down to his mechanic the next free day, sorted on the spot.Can't say it's perfect as there are some things that I'd expect to be picked up on a '41 part check', but again, I didn't pay much, and I'm not scared of fixing little jobs.All in all, they're friendly, and as honest as any other dealer, (if you don't ask, they won't tell you)

Terrible experience. We were promised a full mot and service with delivery with £200 deposit. Ready the following weekend. After a lot of back and forth on delivery time promises during the day we finally had a text to say they left at 7.30pm. Due by 8.30pm.we called at 9.15pm to be told they had a puncture on route. It seems a string of lies, we were told we could have a refund the following day as we had been mucked about all week.they never called us back as promised. This week we have spent time on calls ...not being answered, emails no response. Others have successfully had their call responded to straight away so clearly we are being blocked. They have requested our bank details but are now refusing to refund. Complete cowboys and NOT to be trusted.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I bought a car which broke down on the way home. Took it back for repairs, picked it up a week later and it broke down on the way home again.Eventually I got the money back, but it wasn't an easy or stress free process

disappointing, lots of promises made via text, ad showed mileage of 55000, upon delivery of the car which was 2 days later than promised the mileage was 76000, the keys wont lock the car and when I contacted them they just told me to deal with the warranty company.

Avoid this garage at all costs! Even a rating of 1 star is too much...I recently purchased a car from Malard Motors, drove it away to find several faults and symbol alerts coming up on the dashboard. Immediately made them aware of this, however they avoided me at all costs. An approved garage informed me that it was not road worthy, would need £7000 worth of repairs and should never have been sold with so many engine oil, coolant leaks and missing parts of gearboxes. Complete outrage how they sell dodgy cars and not feel bad about whether serious injuries could occur to their customers. Disgraceful.Their lack of professionalism and communication made it so difficult and left me with no choice but to ask for a refund. Of course when I asked for this, they made no efforts but to continue ignoring me. Please avoid their services as they will leave you out of pocket and avoid you once they've sold their damaged goods to you. No car dealership should sell a faulty car without disclosing pre existing defects, yet these guys thrive on their shady dishonest approach.Even if you want to take them to court, they will ensure that they make minimal communication with you so that your life gets dragged out and you have to endure their dodgy products. Do not let them get away with any more of this dodgy business! A month later I still have had no contact from them- avoidance implies that they know they're in the wrong. Terrible people.

Scammers, i have ser these guys trading under a multitude of names.. bought a car from them a few year ago and, although they promised to move mountains, they did nothing and i eventually had to scrap the car an be out of pocket.. these people don’t have scruples. Im just waiting till the appropriate authorities put them all behind bars.. disgusting…

Never GO SCAM ARTISTS!!So I went to buy a car and was told I'd have a 30 day warranty with the purchase of the car.After just one week problems had started. I phoned them to make them aware I'd be back and was told to call back the next day so they would let me know wich garage.So I called back the next day and the phone number is discontinued. Permanently off. After 8 days this made me suspicious. I come to realise they are trading under 3 different names. Graham Motors, Hartley Motors and Malard motors.Absolute disgusting people for ripping people of like this.Just beware people. And dont risk buy a car from these scum. Even 1 star is to much.
