DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!Left my wallet in a secure compartment in my car and came back to find my cards all in the wrong places.Later that night approximately 2am 7 attempts had been made on these cards. Luckily the banks have blocked these attempts.Reported to the police, Tesco and the car wash company.

What an incredible job. I'm ashamed to say in all the time we have had the car we have never had it valeted. It was a mess and the wave team did a truly spectacular job, to the degree where my neighbours asked me if I had a new car

The man was incredibly rude to me.I will never return to this business.Also he wanted cash and then when I paid he pocketed the cash and got into his car and drove off, I got the impression he isn’t registering all valets on the books and keeping the cash himself.

Pathetic car wash... Told the guy it was my mum’s funeral today and to clean it well and I’d pay the 24 pound for a valet. Long behold I’m at home cleaning it again before the funeral. Not bothered to clean the wind screen, all the alloys are dirty and patches all over the car. I wouldnt even given them a star, avoid!

My partner used this car wash a few times however recently I washed it by hand for her and found numerous scratches at various places e.g bonnet, pillars, even roof. Couldn't think how she got them other than from this car wash although obviously I can't prove it. Today I decided to watch their technique.One guy with two rags washed a white BMW from start to finish without once rinsing them so the grime and dirt picked up on the rags is therefore used to 'scour' the rest of the car.I'd seen enough when the same guy moved it from the wash bay to the other area under cover, wheel spinning it in the process. I'll be advising people to avoid it.

Business not open when advertised on Google- this is my absolute pet hate. I went to get my car valeted at around 16:45 and it was closed despite saying it was opened till 18:00!I used the Car Spa up the road in Crawshawbooth which I highly recommendIf you’re going to use google to advertise your business hours then stick to them! Having people drive out of their way to see a closed business is a joke.
