I have 2 small children, I got a letter asking me to book their appointments. I phoned up only to be told they don't have a NHS dentist anymore and don't know when they will get one. My kids have been registered there for years and now they are telling me to go elsewhere. It says in their letter heading '' At Bupa Dental care we are committed to helping you look after your child's smile'' No they are not. shocking by Bupa

Second time after having a tooth pulled by Oliver I had to remove the remaining shard of tooth from my gum... Second time an infection after tooth removal. Air managed to travel between hole in gum (upper) and my nasal cavity. 10 days later I can still taste infection.I thought bupa had a good reputation but I was wrong. I rang them and told them that was the last time I go there... Avoid at all costs. I will go private elsewhere.

Had an appointment booked which was subsequently cancelled. Called to make a dental appointment and was told my dentist had left and I could have an appointment as a private patient". I presume you've still got dentists there unless you've pulled the shutters down and called it a day. But I can't see them as an NHS patient but they'll see me for an extra £20? Laughable.Receptionist wants to sell you BUPA plan

I could not fault the service I received following emergency treatment for my dental abscess. The phone was answered quickly, the receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was allocated an appointment within a few hours and Mr Rowe and his team looked after me amazingly well. I have been registered with this dentist for the last 15 years and have always received a very high and consistent level of service.

I had a NHS check up booked only for it to be cancelled, with no alternative date offered. They continually send emails offering me private care. So it's not a shortage of dentists in the practice. They just won't admit that they don't want NHS patients anymore no matter how long they have been loyal to this practice. Shame on them! Profits before patients!

Amazing at what they do. As an anxious patient I dread going to the dentist, but Oliver puts you at ease, explains exactly what he will be doing and is very professional. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Treatment first class can’t fault, excellent service and very efficient. I had painless teeth extraction and a complete set of dentures.
