Been using these guys for 20 years and the products are always of the highest quality. Ordered a multitude of pickups over that time including the m-bucker (bloody loud!), grinder and super rocker which do not disappoint! The most recent set I ordered was the hot P bass enclosed pickup to replace the standard Fender issue and there was an instant and noticeable difference, was louder, clearer and had a much richer and fuller sound! Customer service is unbeatable and if you want a pickup custom made that doesn't cost the earth then this is the company for you!

Fabulous resource for guitarists and their Techs alike.I built my #1 Strat from parts from this place about 20 years ago. One of the best choices I ever made, everyone who plays it, wants it...Great knowledgeable staff (which is rare nowadays!), and everything I got from these guys arrived promptly and in perfect condition.I have also installed many parts from here, on the many tours, with some very high profile clients... I have never been let down.Many places claim to be where the professionals go...Highly recommended.

WD music is pretty much my go to place for guitar hardware, I have ordered regularly from them over the last four or five years and I couldn't be happier with the service, I've often ordered at 4 in the afternoon and received my goods the next day! The customer service has been great with super quick replies too!They stock a decent range of guitar hardware by well known manufacturers and although I've only bought a couple of items made by themselves, they've all been of a great quality. The tools they sell are also of fine quality and stocking products made by Hosco at competitive prices is good!The pricing is pretty competitive mostly, albeit I've bought things from them that I may have been able to get a few pounds cheaper elsewhere, but have felt the service is too good to worry and more often than not I can get everything I need at the time, from them alone.Overall, I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them anytime, I certainly will be using WD Music again!

I have used WD UK many times for guitar components etc. They have a great stock offering of quality products at reasonable prices. Items are always dispatched really quickly and usually arrive the next day, even with free delivery.On the few occasions I have had to email them with a query, responses are quick and very helpful.I couldn't recommend them more!

I placed an order for a custom pickguard last year.Although Armstrong music was struggling with some supplier issues, they kept up a very professional and customer focused communication. Especially Dan and Ben from the Sales Team deserve 5-stars as they always tried hard to get my order done.I will definitely order more in the future.

Bought a few things for some modifications to my guitar, however I had ordered the wrong colour pickup covers.Ben from the sales team helped to talk me through the returns process and took the time out to help me figure out which colour I needed.They exchanged the item for the correct colour and sent the right colour out all for free and even allowed me to mix and match the pickup covers to ensure they match as the covers came in packs of 2.Top quality service
