Beaumont Manor Care Home

My Mother did respite 2 weeks ago . There was no hairdresser nail salon or pedicure as we were told. She ask for a glass of wine and was told there wasn't any. She was told to wait for the coffee trolly when she ask for a coffee.I witnessed a lady asking for the toilet to be told that she had just been and they were short staffed so would have to wait. She was very upset. I would not let my Mum go there again .

The best care home I’ve ever visited. I know that my mum is well looked after at all the times - day and night.Staff are so attentive everyone is very friendly. They call me with all updates and I’m always invited for all events. Best Care Home.

I went and visited Beaumont manor today with my father .My mother suffers from vascular dementia and would like to find somewhere she will have the care she needs . Not only was the feeling as We entered warm , bright and friendly myself and dad were warmly greeted by Sam . Sam I am told works at the reception and is a caring lovely lady . Sam put us at ease immediately and was warm , kind and made sure we got to see everything we needed too and answered all our questions .We met some of the staff who all seemed warm and kind . After our walk round we met Kate the manager and was struck with her warmness and compassion .They make us feel that mum would have a real home away from home and be cared for and loved when we were not able to be with her .what more could anyone want !.We are hopeful that mum will soon be calling Beaumont manor home in the very near future .

I work with Care Concern Group and Beaumont Manor is one of the most beautiful places I've been fortunate to work with . The staff are all very welcoming and the manager Kate works very hard to ensure the people living there are receiving great care. The people living at Beaumont talk about the staff in such high regards you can see how valued they are. Great place to live, great place to work.

There is one amazing lady who works there called Tammy as two months ago my grandma passed away and we got told that this wounderful lady makes memory cushions and teddys from your loved ones clothing and they were amazing and this lady does it when not working for love and care so thank you Tammy from Steve hart

Visited the home today, it was buzzing with activities, warm and welcoming. Food was excellent serviced with passion and care
